Service Description

Level 4/5 classes focus on progressions for standing back tucks, layouts, front tuck step-outs and twisting aerial skills, as well as specialty skills such as whip-backs and front aerials Classes are limited to 8 athletes to ensure that everyone receives lots of individual attention, constructive feedback, and hands-on spotting when necessary. - We have tried to schedule classes to coincide with team practice for athletes likely to join. - Classes must have a minimum of 4 athletes registered to run. - There is a maximum of 8 per class
